A proposal for a developer who wished to undertake a project by way of introduction based on their belief of natural philosophy and responsible built form.

Every apartment naturally crossed ventilated, was northerly orientated and had city views irrespective of buy in price. How to address the inevitable issue of Melbourne, its increase in population and housing density were other factors that drove the proposal. 

The end result of 43 apartments varying in size for one, two and three bedrooms, where passive surveillance and an active street presence was paramount went so far as selling and a ground breaking exercise before seizing due to outside pressures. 

The site is now occupied by 152 apartments not designed by Xdp.
